Survey: Design Concept
The design concept for Kwinana City Centre has been developed following community consultation in late 2023, a review of the existing City Centre Masterplan and a detailed site analysis of the area. The design concept aims to create a city centre that is connected, integrates green spaces, is active and vibrant and a place for the community.
The Kwinana City Centre Design Concept sets a draft vision for the centre and includes 10 design initiatives that aim to achieve that vision. It is recommended that you also review the detailed Design Concept Element Ideas document, that can be found under the 'Documents' section.
The survey is seeking your feedback on the key design initiatives shown in the Design Concept - Summary under the 'Documents' section, that are likely to make a significant change to the look and feel of the City Centre, as well as the vision and overall design concept.
