The City of Kwinana, along with local services and families, is creating the Kwinana Early Years Strategy, bringing people and resources together to focus on what matters most for young children to thrive.

To do this, we want to understand the experience of raising young children (5 and under), your experience of the local service system, and what will make Kwinana a great place where all children get the best start in life.
