Who will determine this application?
The Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) will make the final decision on this application. The City will make a recommendation to the JDAP that will also be presented to Council for review. If you make a submission, you will be notified of both the Council meeting AND the JDAP meeting. As a submitter you will have the opportunity to make a deputation at these meetings.
