Consultation has concluded
Rowe Group, on behalf of the Satterley Property Group, lodged with the City of Kwinana (City) proposed Scheme Amendment 159 to rezone Lots 3, 11, 9000, 9002 and 9006 Hoffman Road, Mandogalup from ‘Rural A’ to ‘Development’ in the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 2.
The purpose of Amendment 159 is to allow the subject area to be subdivided and developed once a local structure plan has been adopted, in accordance with the process set out in the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 (PD Regulations).
Submissions on the Amendment 159 may be made in writing and lodged with the undersigned on or before Friday, 7 October 2022. Written submissions can be made via the below form, posted to City of Kwinana, PO Box 21, Kwinana WA 6966, or emailed to admin@kwinana.wa.gov.au.
