Amendment 161 to Local Planning Scheme No. 2 - Proposal to rezone Lots 3, 9003 and 9007 Rowley Road, Mandogalup from 'Rural A' to 'Development' zone

Rowe Group, on behalf of Wandi Anketell Holdings Pty Ltd (Satterley Property Group), has lodged with the City of Kwinana (City) proposed Scheme Amendment 161 to rezone Lots 3, 11, 9000, 9002 and 9006 Hoffman Road, Mandogalup from ‘Rural A’ to ‘Development’ in the City’s Local Planning Scheme No. 2.

The purpose of Amendment 161 is to allow the subject area to be subdivided and developed once a local structure plan has been adopted, in accordance with the process set out in the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
