Amendment t to the Mandogalup East Local Structure Plan (MELSP) has been lodged with the City of Kwinana in accordance with the Planning and Development Regulations 2015.

Amendment 1 proposes to include an additional 37ha of land within the MELSP as an extension to Florence Estate, and will guide subdivision of the land for residential development.

The Western Australia Planning Commission (WAPC) is the determining authority for approval of structure plans. As a local government, the City is required to provide a report to the WAPC.

Amendment 1 has been prepared by town planning consultants on behalf of Satterley Property Group (the land owners). The following technical documents have been prepared by the other specialist consultants to support the precinct structure plan:

  • Transport Impact Assessment
  • Local Water Management Strategy
  • Environmental Assessment Report
  • Civil Servicing Report
  • Bushfire Management Plan

Submissions on Amendment 1 to the Mandogalup East Local Structure Plan may be made in writing and lodged with the undersigned on or before Friday, 1 November 2024.
