Amendment t to the Mandogalup West Local Structure Plan (MWLSP) has been lodged with the City of Kwinana in accordance with the Planning and Development Regulations 2015.

Amendment 1 proposes to include an additional 24.5ha of land within the MWLSP as an extension to Apsley Estate, and will guide the subdivision of the land for residential development.

The Western Australia Planning Commission (WAPC) is the determining authority for approval of structure plans. As a local government, the City is required to provide a report to the WAPC.

Amendment 1 has been prepared by town planning consultants on behalf of Qube (the land owners). The following technical documents have been prepared by the other specialist consultants to support the precinct structure plan:

  • Transport Impact Assessment
  • Local Water Management Strategy
  • Environmental Assessment Report
  • Civil Servicing Report
  • Bushfire Management Plan
  • Powerline Assessment
  • Retail Needs Assessment
