Amendment 164 to Local Planning Scheme No. 2 has been submitted to the City of Kwinana. The amendment proposes to rezone Lot 132 Wirra Corner, Part Lot 9004 and Lot 9035 Lyon Road, Wandi from ‘Rural Water Resource’ and ‘Special Rural’ to ‘Development’ zone.
Amendment 9 to the Wandi North Local Structure Plan has been lodged with the City which sets out how the land is proposed to be subdivided for residential lots . A concept plan lodged with the structure plan proposes to subdivide the subject site (5.07 hectares) into 88 residential lots (average lot size of 470m2).
Submissions on the proposed amendment may be made in writing and lodged with the undersigned on or before Friday 28 June 2024. Written submissions can be completed below or posted to City of Kwinana, PO Box 21, Kwinana WA 6966, or emailed to admin@kwinana.wa.gov.au.
