The City of Kwinana is inviting your comments on a Development Application for a Childcare Centre at 1, 3 & 5 Bolton Way, Orelia.

The Proposal

The key details of the application are as follows:

• a single-storey Child Care Centre operated by 17 staff;
• the Centre will provide early learning / child care services for up to 94 children of the following age

  demographics:
  - 24 places for children aged 0 – 2 years;
  - 30 places for children aged 2 – 3 years;
  - 40 places for children aged 3 + years;

• 20 onsite car parking bays, and 3 street parking bays;
• operating times from 6:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday;
• landscaping areas.

SUBMISSION PERIOD: 8 September to 29 September 2022
