The City of Kwinana has received a development application for a Mixed Use Development (x40 Multiple Dwellings & commercial tenancies) at the above address.

The application proposes an eight-storey building (ground floor plus seven levels) comprising of the following:


  • Ground Floor – commercial tenancies, 37 car parking bays and bin storage area. These car bays will be for the use of the commercial tenancies (29 bays) and multiple dwelling visitor bays (6 bays);
  • Level 1 – 60 car parking bays and 20 storerooms. These car parks will be for the use of the multiple dwellings;
  • Level 2 – Co-working facility/office space and common facilities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, outdoor entertainment area and resident lounge for exclusive use of residents;
  • Levels 3-7 - 40 multiple dwellings (eight dwellings per level);
  • Vehicle access will be provided via a two-way crossover on Chiswick Parade, with undercover parking being distributed across the ground and first floors.
