Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2021 - 2026 (Final draft)

Thank you for taking time to complete this survey. Your feedback is essential in developing the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) and we'd like to reach as many people as we can.

The City of  Kwinana recognises the importance of stakeholder engagement in shaping the future of access and inclusion for everyone in our community. This survey is one way people can contribute to the development of the City's DAIP 2021-2026. The purpose of the DAIP is ensuring that all people, including people with disabilities, are welcomed and included in the City of Kwinana and have equitable access to buildings, information, public consultations, complaints processes, services and employment.

With all of the questions below, please think about them in the context of your lived experience:

  • ‘Access’ refers to providing infrastructure such as footpaths, ramps, ACROD parking, and accessible toilets and includes making information available in formats that meets your needs like large print, audio and braille.
  • ‘Inclusion’ means people of all abilities have equal opportunity to participate in City of Kwinana services, programs, events, consultation and employment.

Should you require any assistance completing the survey, and/or you wish to attend a face to face workshop please contact:
