FREE Mum's Who Move - MON - 10 Week Series

Calling all new mums in Kwinana!

Join us for Kwinana Mums Who Move - a free group exercise program for all mums interested in:

  • Post-natal training
  • Improving your general fitness, well being and energy
  • Meeting other Kwinana Mums
  • Creating healthy habits for yourself and your child

All while you can bring your baby/child with you!

Commencing Monday 7 October and running for 10 weeks at Thomas Kelly Pavilion.

Registrations for the entire 10 week program are essential. Walk-ins not permitted.

FREE Community Yoga Wellard - TUE - 10 Week Series

This free community exercise program is for individuals who live or work in the City of Kwinana and you may be asked to provide proof.

Enhance your strength, flexibility, balance, and well-being with 60 minutes of Yoga that can be tailored for all abilities. Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. This program runs at the Boronia Room at John Wellard Community Centrefor 10 weeks.

Note: This class is not appropriate for young children for safety reasons as children tend to run around, putting themselves and others at risk of injury and can be a distraction for other participants, making it difficult for them to focus. Older children who wish to participate in the exercise program along with their parents are welcome.

Registrations essential; no walk in's permitted.

FREE Community Yoga Medina - FRI - 10 Week Series

This free community exercise program is for individuals who live or work in the City of Kwinana and you may be asked to provide proof.

Enhance your strength, flexibility, balance, and well-being by starting your day with 60 minutes of Yoga that can be tailored for all abilities. Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle. This program runs at Medina Hall (indoors)for 10 weeks.

Note: This class is not appropriate for young children for safety reasons as children tend to run around, putting themselves and others at risk of injury and can be a distraction for other participants, making it difficult for them to focus. Older children who wish to participate in the exercise program along with their parents are welcome.

FREE Over 50's Outdoor Fitness - THU - 10 Week Series

The one-hour sessions will involve 40 - 45 minutes of exercise, including warm up and cool down phases. The remaining time will be dedicated to sharing fitness information, questions and discussion.

You will build strength and improve mobility in these enjoyable outdoor sessions. Strength exercises will mainly involve standing and seated posture using equipment such as resistance bands and dumbbells. We’ll get in some ‘huff and puff’ activities to improve your fitness with a combination of brisk walking and whole-body movements.

Registrations for the entire 10 week program are essential. Walk-ins not permitted.
