The annual Lolly Run event is back again in 2024!

4 children and a volunteer dressed as Santa stand infront of a firetruck covered in Christmas decorations.

With 4 trucks (and the two local Volunteer Bush Fire Brigades), driving every residential street in Kwinana, over 7 nights, this event is sure to bring Christmas cheer to our residents.

When will the Lolly Run come down my street?

The 2024 event will run from Tuesday 17 December to Monday 23 December, between 4.30 and 8.30pm

A family with 3 small children and a dog stand on the footpath as a volunteer dressed as Santa leans out of a decorated truck to throw lolly bags.

Make sure to follow this project on the right hand side of the screen for updates of what night your suburb will be direct to your inbox!

Want to get involved?

If you would like to volunteer to ride on the back of a truck and throw lollies to all who come out to wave us by, please complete the below Expressions of Interest form. Three volunteers, one dressed as Santa, stand on a decorated truck with stage truss and lights waving.

Why not celebrate the night with your Neighbours?

Want to make an evening of the event? The City of Kwinana has $150 Street Meet Grants available for local residents to organise small events with their neighbours. To be eligible for the rebate you will only need to have 4 households on your street participating (although more is definitely encouraged!), it must be held in a public place (like the front verge) and must not be advertised publicly beyond the local street.

The funding can be used for things like purchasing food supplies (no alcohol), games or activities (waterslide, totem tennis etc).

Find out more info, and apply on the City's Smarty Grants site - https://kwinana.smartygrants.com.au
