Love my Kwinana platform is for you to visit when you want to, allowing you to contribute to your community. Love my Leda is regularly updated, and you’re invited to provide feedback and involvement to ensure that your ideas and feedback are built into the decision-making process of the City of Kwinana.

If you live, work, visit or study in the City of Kwinana, you are invited to register for Love my Kwinana, the City of Kwinana’s online project and engagement platform where you can participate in decision-making and keep up to date on projects, plans and initiatives that shape the future of our City.


Once you have registered, you’ll be able to share your ideas and comment on the projects that interest you, subscribe to notifications and to stay up to date and participate and comment on discussions.

The City of Kwinana will be piloting a project with the intention of creating more connected streets and neighborhoods. Activities in Leda will include:

Basic streetscape – one-off maintenance of lawns and verges for Leda residents.

Opportunity to avail of mulch and native plants through the City of Kwinana for Leda residents.


Neighbourhood get together – inclusive of free coffee van, community safety resources etc. facilitated by the City’s Community Safety Officer.

Free recycling audit and Container Deposit Scheme bags.


To register your expression of interest please complete the Expressions of Interest form

This localised street-based engagement will be one of several across Leda and will feed into a larger scale operation, taking place concurrently at Sloan’s Reserve during the months of June, July, and August.

    Tuesday 8 August - Cricket, Sand Art and Walk

    Wednesday 9 August - Cricket, Sand Art & Big Games

    Tuesday 15 August - Fun Games and Scavenger Hunt - Free Coffee and Ice-cream until 4.30pm!

    Wednesday 16 August - LEGO club and Fun Games - Free Coffee and Ice-cream until 4.30pm!

    Come along and join in all the fun, pick up your City resources and flyers and hear about other free events and activities in Kwinana.

    Josh and Sam from West Cycle will be onsite at our Leda Sea Container from 2.30pm – 5pm, Tuesday 1 August to run a fun and informative bike session. The session is for primary school children, 5 – 12 years and includes:

    • Bike & helmet checks
    • Mini CX course
    • Bike games
    • This is for primary school children, 5 – 12 years.

    Come and join us for the Leda Pop Up Launch on Tuesday 30th May, 2.30pm - 5.00pm.

    We will have fun art activities and play equipment out for the kids and free coffee for the first 45 people to come along and visit our pop up space. City staff will also be on hand to chat about what's coming up and listen to any ideas you may have for the space too.
