Consultation has concluded

The City of Kwinana wants to know if Homestead Ridge residents would like the City to consider constructing footpaths / cycle paths throughout the Homestead Ridge area.

As the Homestead Ridge area was designed to maintain a rural/residential (semi-rural) aesthetic, there was no intentions or future plans made for the construction of footpaths or cycle paths within the estate.

Given the recent interest from some residents, the City would like to provide all members of the Homestead Ridge community an opportunity to have a say on if they think the City should further investigate, and plan for, future installation of paths within the area.

At present, there are no future plans for any works of this nature within Homestead Ridge. If footpaths are deemed to be necessary by the local community, these plans would need to be included as future works within the City's Long Term Financial and Infrastructure Plans.

If you live within Homestead Ridge, the City would love to hear from you. Tell us if you think we should be planning to install footpaths in the area in the future. The below poll should only take less than a minute to complete and will help inform the City's future planning for the area.
