Club Networking Nights Launched

The first Kwinana Club Network Night (KCNN) was launched on 5th May 2021.

Strong participation in sport, social connectivity, and the high use of our outdoor and green spaces in Kwinana are some of the things that set us apart from other local governments and communities.

Come along to each club network night with your club people, committee members, presidents, and key coaches for information sharing and professional development opportunities. Every six weeks we gather at a club or city venue to connect and discuss club issues and triumphs. For each meeting we seek a new location for our gathering, giving each club a chance to showcase their facility and club history.

  • Hosted by Community Development Officer (Recreation & Health) - Jessie Burke who is your liaison between council and club
  • Attended by City of Kwinana staff members such as the bookings team, depot/maintenance team, community engagement team, engineering and assets management team. They are involved in ensuring your club can operate successfully at City of Kwinana ovals/ fields/ pavilions/ courts/ clubhouses.
  • Attended by other Kwinana clubs. They may operate in the same facility as you but in a different season, or may share players/members with you. They may operate their clubs or use of facilities differently - you can learn from this or give guidance.
