Information & Networking Night - 26 August

Creating and Maintaining a Positive Club Culture:

Facilitated by Gary Collins from JGS Group , this workshop will cover:

• Defining club values and expected behaviours.
• Working together to ensure a positive club culture.
• Making your club a destination of choice.
• Participation and contribution – sharing the load.
• Ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Building and protecting your club’s reputation.
• Developing proper standards and codes of conduct.
• Creating a culture of respect.
• Developing a formal strategy for the recruitment and retention of members and volunteers.

Date: Monday 26 August 2024

Location: The Wellard Tavern, Chiswick Parade, Wellard

Time: 5:45pm for a 6pm start (concluding at 8pm)

A light supper will be provided at the start of the night, and feel free to stay and network after.
