Phase 1 - Community Engagement

Phase 1 - Over 130 people contributed to the feedback via the survey and pop up park event.

These were the things that you told us you wanted to see in the park upgrade:

• BBQ
• Picnic tables
• A nature play area with logs to walk and climb on
• Basketball backboard and half court
• Skateboard, scooter elements
• A new garden bed and shade trees
• Wide, accessible concrete path linking ACROD parking to the playground and picnic area
• Accessible picnic table
• Relocation of rubbish bins
• Upgrade to the fence to enclose it on the southern end of the park
• Shade over the playground
